I’m a sleepy mama too. I’m also a certified baby and toddler sleep consultant, on a mission to help you and your little one get the restorative sleep you both need and deserve.
Being a mum of 3, I’ve had my fair share of sleepless nights and know first hand the massive impact sleep deprivation can have on your mental and physical health.

I’m mum to three, my eldest is five and my youngest is one. They say behind every good sleep consultant is a child that wouldn’t sleep and this couldn’t be more true in my case. I was lucky with my first two, from 6 months they both slept through the night and have been amazing sleepers ever since so when I had my daughter I naively thought she’d be the same. She had other ideas!
She turned 6 months… and I was still up 4/5 times a night! The only way she’d fall asleep was on my boob and she wouldn’t settle with anyone else. I was beyond EXHAUSTED and felt like I couldn’t function properly during the day. The worst part was I felt like I wasn’t being the best mum I could be to my other children and I was consumed with mum guilt.
