I’ve been where you are and I know just how life-changing it feels to get your sleep back.

I’m a sleepy mama too, and I’m also a certified baby and toddler sleep consultant on a mission to help you and your little one finally get the restorative sleep you both need and deserve.

As a mum of three, I’ve lived through endless sleepless nights and felt first-hand how exhaustion can impact your mood, health, and ability to enjoy each day. When you’re running on empty, even the simplest tasks feel impossible -and being the mum you want to be can feel out of reach.

I’m mum to three, my eldest is five and my youngest is one. They say behind every good sleep consultant is a child that wouldn’t sleep and this couldn’t be more true in my case. I was lucky with my first two, from 6 months they both slept through the night and have been amazing sleepers ever since so when I had my daughter I naively thought she’d be the same. She had other ideas!

She turned 6 months… and I was still up 4/5 times a night! The only way she’d fall asleep was on my boob and she wouldn’t settle with anyone else. I was beyond EXHAUSTED and felt like I couldn’t function properly during the day. The worst part was I felt like I wasn’t being the best mum I could be to my other children and I was consumed with mum guilt.

I spent hours aimlessly scouring the internet reading sleep information but to be honest I ended up feeling even more confused. I felt like we tried everything and nothing was working so we decided to seek professional advice from a sleep consultant. And that’s when everything changed...

My daughter now sleeps 11 hour stretches at night, my husband can settle her, naps are more predictable and the best bit is, I feel like me again. I’m able to thrive and be the best mama I can.
